How much will it cost?
For our 12 month subscription, the price is $48/month*
For a 6 month subscription, the price is $58
*plus sales tax for California residents.
All prices includes free shipping for US residents. Canada residents will be charged $10.00 shipping. All other countries will be charge $16.00 shipping. Please note there may be customs fees depending on where you live.

I just signed up, when will I get my first box?
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
In order to keep things running smoothly, we charge 1 month ahead. If you sign up before the 25th, you will be charged today for your first package and then you will be chargedAGAIN on the 30th of this monthfor your next package that will ship at the end of next month. Your first package will ship on the 30th of this month! You will always be a month ahead, so at the time that you cancel you will receive one last box with no more payments. If you sign up after the 25th and would like to receive the current month's package as well, please email us and we can process an extra charge. When will my card be charged? How does billing work?
We bill one month in advance in order to ensure things run smoothly and product is always available.
When you sign up, your card will be charged immediately and your box will ship on the 30th of the month. Yes, it's a little bit of a wait as you get started, but the wait is only a one time thing! Once you get going, you'll be getting a fabulous new box once a month and your card will be charged on the 30th each month for the duration of your subscription.
For example: If you sign up on April 20th, your card will be charged that day. Your box will be shipped on April 30th and on April 30th your card will be charged for your May box… and so on.
Will I be charged a fee if I cancel my subscription?
No, there is no cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances change and do not want you to be stuck. We do ask for 1 month's notice for cancellation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Notify us by email before the last day of the month to make the next payment your last. Of course, we will send you your last box... we don't want you paying for nothing!
What happens once my term ends?
If you sign up for a 6 month or 12 month subscription, at the end of the term your account will auto renew as a month to month subscription at the same price you were paying.
What if I am not happy with my first box?
We have a 15 day money back guarantee for new customers on your first box only. If you are not happy, return it within 15 days for a full refund (minus shipping) and your subscription will be cancelled.
What type of experience do you have to make you qualified to choose the best scissors?
Jill, along with her husband Jonathan, is the owner/operator of Foxy Roxy's Mobile Grooming in California. Her company is 5 years old in April and has grown from 1 truck to 7 during that time! Jill has been involved in all aspects of grooming, including business management and marketing. Her experience ensures that this service is not only a great idea, but this will be a reputable company!
Jennifer has been a full time, professional groomer for over 10 years, both in corporate settings as well as small salons. She has trained 20+ new groomers during her career and held many #1 titles both in grooming as well as sales. (Basically, she's awesome! -Jill)
All of our scissors have also been tested by our grooming team (with a combined 40+ years experience) to assure quality and performance. When they give us the "thumbs up" we know we're good to go!
If I do not want a pair of scissors I get or the free gift, can they be returned?
We cannot offer refunds on the products in your box, but everything in your box will be fabulous so maybe if you can't use it, someone you know can! Basically, we cannot take them back but they are yours to do with as you please!
Will there be repeats of scissors?
The plan is for our subscription service to last 12 months. At that time, expect to see similar products coming around again but never exactly the same. Every month will be a unique design created just for our boxes.
Do you offer left handed scissors?
YES!!! We will be able to offer a limited quantity of left handed scissor subscriptions!!
What type of surprise free gifts will I receive?
Well, if we told you, it wouldn't be a surprise, would it?
We can tell you that your free gift will always be something that will be helpful for you during your grooming day. Some of our gifts have been: bamboo brush, stainless comb, duck bill muzzles, silicone scissor tip protectors, and even a waterproof blue-tooth speaker for your salon!
Will I get a detailed receipt that I can use for my taxes?
Of course! When you sign up you will receive an email receipt detailing your subscription and the cost per month. If you need anything specific, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Those deductions are super important!
If I sign up now can I get a deal on last month's scissors?
If you are super bummed that you missed last month and really want those scissors, you can either buy them from our website at their retail cost (while supplies last) or we have a VIP page for our members only where SOME will be for sale for $50. There's also other things available there at super special VIP prices!
Will the items from the boxes be available for purchase separately?
We will have a limited quantity of each scissor available at the retail price on our website. You can purchase them while supplies last. Unfortunately, our free gifts may not always be for sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the world. The US is free shipping.
Canada subscriptions will include a $10.00 shipping charge and all other countries will include a $16.00 shipping charge.
